Islington Parking Nazis

Islington Parking AttendantI got a £50 fine for parking just over onto yellow lines outside my house at 8pm. For a little 20 minutes.

On the rare occasions when I’ve genuinely over stepped the restrictions I pay up without question. But this just takes the urine. So I’ll pay up and question. It will be £50 that would have been going to a good cause come the end of the month. Now it will sit in some local parking company exec’s pocket.

So Google bought them out. Good luck to them. And now that’s gone through the firewall at work has suddenly decided (or rather somebody controlling the firewall has decided) to allow YouTube through. Which is nice.

Grilled HalloumiWell, first blog entry requires some explanation. We all know how good cheese is, even if you’re vegan you know the greatness this simple foodstuff has achieved throughout the centuries. The king of cheeses IMHO is Halloumi , the inspriation for this blog.

I won’t always post about cheese, I may never do so again; but you may find an underlying theme emerging.
